Museums and Attractions

This beautiful museum showcases more than 1300 artifacts from the rich cultures that make up Singapore's multi-ethnic society.

The Ford Motor Factory opened in 1941 as the first Ford vehicle assembly plant in South East Asia. It was most notibly where the British Surrendered to the Japanese Army, and then became a Japanese facility. Learn about the Japanese Occupation through photos, 'talking maps', and a huge snakes and ladders game.

Set amidst the lush greenery of Bukit Chandu (Opium Hill), this is a memorial to the 1,400 soldiers of the Malay Regiment who made their stand against 13,000 Japanese soldiers, choosing death over dishonour. Photos, maps and detailed infomation will help take you back to 1942.

Originally opening in 1887 as the Raffles Library and Museum, the building has been recently restored and now houses a vibrant mix of exhibitions, festivals and events.

ngapore Art Museum Originally a 19th Century Mission School, this art museum is now a state-of-the-art facility for the visual arts. The Museum houses the national art collection of Singapore and has the largest collection in 20th-century Southeast Asian art by a public institution internationally.

Learn about Singapore's history through it's stamps. Interactive exhibits to interest children and talks, birthday parties and camps also organised.

This site is amazing! But there isn't any mention of I Theatre. They do very good theatre productions for families too.
