I would say that the trick or treating will start after dark, so around 7pm. Don't get there too late cos the treats are sure to run out pretty fast. Not sure weather its happening Friday 31st or Saturday 1st though..can anyone help?

its somewhere near the american school. about 10 minutes walk(approximately) from marsling MRT. i am kinda physced for it. eventhough im like 18. but i think it would be a great experience for kids. i went there when i was 15 and the atmosphere was terrific. this year i plan to go and take photos of people in costumes.
